I just finished reading the instructions for downloading the necessary drivers on the Memorex website and I am a little confused. This is where I am confused, "download the file, choose where you determine the appropriate driver, click Save, choose or create a folder on the hard drive of your computer where you stored the downloaded driver zip Format, reinstall the driver in the folder once it is downloaded as a zip file. "After the implementation of some of these statements, it seems that I left my WinZip, I have never used (I do not know how it use). I need to know what to do at this point.

You can right-click on the archive. It should look like a folder with a zipper. Right click and you can draw "on the desktop.
For example, if the compressed file can be named Driver.zip you and click "Extract Desktop / driver /".
It should have a file in the folder, double click on to start the driver installation.

Unzip with Winzip Wizard and follow the instructions
When you open it in WinZip, high in the light of all the files and click on "Extract" button. It seems asking a box where you stored the files. Click on the arrow facing down in the box and select "Desktop" and click OK. This will store the files on your desktop so that you can install the drivers.
