Ok, in the 13 151 pounds 5 feet 5.5 inches had, IM is generally not too heavy a great piece in my stomach. But I want to lose weight at 15 kilos, so they look better and feel better. I eat almost no fat, I eat 1,600 calories per day, so dont stunt my growth as iv heard. Heres my plan and training

Monday: intense heart for 30 minutes (DVD 2 loser cardio max levels 1 and 2) and volleyball practice 1:30

Tuesday: Cardio 15 minutes of weights (dumbbells) for 10 minutes

Wednesday: 1.30 volleyball practice hours

Thursday: Run a mile and 10 minutes of weight

Friday: Cardio for 20 minutes

Saturday: Sport and tasks

Sunday: Rest and recovery days

I want to know what changes to make it better and if I or revise undrworking I limit my time is 2 months could be. Thank you.

the truth will not lose pounds overnight. gradually decreases. Try to eat small portions of food. Heart, do not grow much, just fast walking or jogging. for heating. Try to drink, they also wash, lots of water Cuse toxins and other things ... ummm eat fruit and contributes veggys guess (although I eat a lot of traditional fruits such as apples / oranges .. I eat melons and berries, drink V8 instead of eating vegetables, lol).

Try not to be intensely painful. Lift with dumbbells thats harder than you can handle. DONT PUSH IT.

eventually fall ..... unless the obesity is a medical symptom, but this is not hope
